What we look for.
You've shipped real things.
Not side projects in a folder — products people used. Whether it's a feature in a big codebase or a side hustle that found ten customers, you've gone the distance from idea to in-the-wild.
You're comfortable with ambiguity.
We figure it out as we go. The roadmap shifts when a customer tells us something better. If you need a fully-spec'd ticket to start work, this isn't the right fit yet.
You have opinions about Indian-language UX.
How Hinglish actually sounds on a phone call. Whether 'aap' or 'tu' is right for this caller. What a Tamil-speaking villager expects when an AI picks up the line. We're building for India, and that needs taste.
You think from first principles.
You don't reach for the framework everyone uses just because everyone uses it. You ask what the problem actually is, then pick the smallest thing that solves it.
How we work.
India-first, always. Customer calls before code. We ride along on real conversations our agents are having, fix what's broken that morning, ship the same day. No standups, no sprints, no slide decks reviewing slide decks. The customer is the rubric.
How to apply.
Email a short note with two or three things you've shipped — links, screenshots, a sentence each on what you learned. We reply within 48 hours.
